Sonal Bali was born and raised in India .I have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and currently I am working as Registered Nurse at U.S.Department of Veterans Affairs. I am married and proud mom of two beautiful daughters . I Like spending time  with my family and friends; hiking, traveling, listening music and dancing. I believe that like any other form of cardio exercises, dancing can be very beneficial for our physical and as well as our mental health.
