My name is Cordi Neckermann and I am a BollyX Dance Fitness Instructor and Yoga teacher living and teaching in London, UK. My dance background is in Latin American and Ballroom Dancing. Combining this with my passion for yoga I created a class format in which I combine the tools of yoga with learning simple dance moves based in Latin American and Ballroom Dancing. This class is geared towards anyone who wants learn how to dance but is overwhelmed in a dance class, and/or wants to deepen the connection to their body and take it super slow.

Something You are Proud of:

I’m proud that I can make people smile and feel energised with my dance fitness classes, especially during lock down.

A fun Fact about you:

I am huge Disney fan.

Why Women Empowerment is Important to You:

It is challenging to stay authentic in life today. Especially for women. We are asked to be everything at once, mother, wife, leader, breadwinner, carer for our own parents. Very often we loose touch with our selves by fulfilling all the demands society puts on us. With my classes I want to inspire and motivate women to take time for themselves and listen to what their heart and cultivate self love. It takes confidence and courage to stand up for yourself and your needs. Even if it is just a ten minute break during a busy day. Dancing boost our confidence and improves posture so we can step up and be seen in life. I believe if you can do it on the dance floor you can do it in life. That’s where it all starts with the believe that we can do it. It being anything we want. Every woman should know she is in charge of her own life and tap into her own super power of knowing and owning it.
