Our Mission - Teen Initiative

The Teen Initiative of Women Who Win focuses on celebrating and amplifying the voices of young women from all backgrounds. We strive to extend the inclusive platform to incorporate every unique story from ambitious young girls as well as provide expert content that can empower teens in our community. We aim to create a space where all young voices are heard, valued, and empowered. In addition, we aspire to foster a community of unity and acceptance, encouraging young girls to embrace their individuality and reach their full potential. Through this program, we hope to educate and inspire others to celebrate the special journeys of teen girls and encourage every young woman to share their story with us.

Are you a teen interested in sharing your story, or want to nominate an inspiring teen making an impact on their community?

Please note all nominees must be female-identifying and between the ages of 13-19. We also welcome stories of topics relevant to this age group (i.e college advice, youth volunteer programs etc) If the nominee is selected for a Teen Initiative Feature from our editorial team, the team may recommend either a written Q&A or a podcast interview.
