We are excited to share another successful shoe donation, which was in collaboration with Rotary Club of Kolkata. We were able to donate in various locations of Bhawanipore & Lansdown. Shoes were donated to rickshaw pullers, cycle van pullers, and hand cart pullers. These communities are on their feet all day, often barefoot or in poor quality shoes, putting them at risk of foot infections and deformities. This was a community truly in need for proper footwear. A very nicely executed project, the recipients were overwhelmed with joy and thrilled to be receiving a much needed pair of good quality footwear to improve the quality of their daily lives and their livelihood.
